You’ll also see the architectural legacy that endures to this day in its grand Victorian and Edwardian buildings.

The tour starts at the iconic Dunedin Railway Station, famously designed by the architect “Gingerbread George” Troup, in striking Flemish Renaissance style. You’ll make your way through the former commercial heart of the city to explore the Warehouse Precinct, where industrial spaces have been creatively revitalised.

Awesome history of Dunedin and its Early Settlers, definitely worth a visit.
Dunedin Chinese Garden (Pass by)
Peaceful gardens which were made and built in China then taken down and reassembled in Dunedin. Please note that the entry to the gardens in not included in this tour.
Vogel St Kitchen (Pass by)
Great pizza place if you are hungry but entry and costs definitely not included in the tour.
Fable Dunedin (Pass by)
Beautiful hotel has a lovely cafe but otherwise not open to the public.
Distinction Dunedin Hotel (Pass by)
Awesome hotel in former chief post office, restaurant available to the public but otherwise building not open to the public.
