Route: The boat heads east past the Old Port and Île Sainte-Hélène, showcasing the Biosphere and La Ronde, then cruises near the Olympic Stadium and Îles de Boucherville before returning with sweeping views of the illuminated skyline.

• Amuse-bouche: Shrimp and mackerel smoked with pepper from Fumoir d’Antan, raspberry extract and honey pearls
• Starter: Guinea fowl confit salad with black garlic honey–infused pearl barley, quail egg, ground cherry and ice cider vinaigrette
• Prelude: Wapiti terrine with wild blueberry chutney from Lac-Saint-Jean
• Main (choice of):
  • Chicken supreme, duck demi-glace sauce and cardamom-infused pear confit
