After leaving your car in the large car park, you will be welcomed in the square in front of the winery and accompanied by the owners or their colleagues on a tour that will fascinate you from both an informative and emotional point of view. The tasting of four wines of the highest quality will be preceded by an explanation of the grape varieties grown, the vinification process, the ageing in oak barrels of various origins and in Tuscan terracotta, the production of extra virgin olive oil, and a presentation of the Baldini family, owners of this little corner of paradise.
The tasting will be served on covered outdoor terraces surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The wines will be accompanied by platters of cold cuts, cheeses, and crostini.
It will be an experience where all the senses will enjoy exploring and experimenting with aromas, flavours, and colours. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request, but cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. All products are organic. The entire event lasts approximately 90 minutes. Wheelchair accessible. In case of inclement weather, indoor spaces will be used.
