Ii Röyttä is an excellent destination for a day trip, thanks to its lively history and beautiful nature. It can only be reached by boat in open water, and this excursion will give you an easy way to experience the island's wonderful atmosphere.

Röyttä has been inhabited since the Middle Ages, first as a fishermen's base, later as a timber loading point. Today, the island is used by boating clubs and for recreational purposes.

The excursion will take a half hour to 45 minute boat trip to the island, where you can explore the island's nature and landscapes with your guide. A nature trail allows you to walk around and explore the island. The island has a nature trail, campfire sites and an outhouse. The duration of the island visit is approximately two hours, but can be arranged as required. Boat trip back is normally done by different route to see more of the area.

On the same trip we can also visit Satakari Island, where there is an excellent swimming spot.

In case of storm or heavy winds we will not go on the tour. A full refund is applicable in that case.

The trip can be attended by nine people in addition to the skipper. The trip is not accessible, but wheelchair access is possible from the departure harbour. There is currently no access to Röyttä for disabled access.

The product is available from May to September, depending on the weather. The earlier in the spring and later in the autumn we boat, please note that the weather can be cold. The excursion can be arranged for any day or time.

The island has an outhouse, a campfire site, a hut and a children's playground.

Difficulty: light, easy. Suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

You'll need clothing to cope with potentially cold wind and rain, or splashes from the boat. Sunglasses are recommended at all times, as is a hat.

The starting point is in Ii, at a marina to be agreed later. This will depend on the wishes of the client and the weather conditions.
