If luggage exceeds the allowed limit and can not fit in the vehicle, the travel may not proceed, and the amount will not be refunded.

Please book 2 Saloon Taxi or Van Taxi if you are more than 4pax or exceeds luggage.

If you wish to change or add travel destinations, please send messages.

If you inform the driver of your preferred menu, any dietary restrictions, or a specific restaurant/cafe, they will suggest a suitable dining option for you. Please note that the cost of the meal is not included.

We offer free pick-up services from KTX Gyeongju Station or any hotel in Gyeongju area. Please note that additional charges may apply for locations outside of Gyeongju City area.

All additional fees are must be pay to the driver directly on-site.

The driver may not be fluent in foreign languages. If there are any issues during the ride, we'll provide online English assistance to help with communication.
