Your adventure begins in Hanoi, where you will travel by overnight sleeper bus to Ha Giang, allowing you to rest comfortably and wake up surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Upon early morning arrival, you will have time to freshen up and rest before meeting your local guide and starting the Ha Giang Loop.
On the first day of riding, travel through *Sum Pass towards Heaven Gate for panoramic views over Tam Son Town and the Twin Mountains. Continue to Yen Minh Town for lunch before riding along Chin Khoanh Pass and through the stunning landscapes of the Dong Van Karst Plateau. Visit the historic Hmong King’s Palace in Sa Phin, then arrive in Dong Van Old Town in the late afternoon. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese dinner with live local music and spend the night in Dong Van.
Day two is the most scenic part of the journey. After breakfast, depart Dong Van and ride along the iconic Ma Pi Leng Pass, considered one of the most beautiful mountain roads in Vietnam. Walk part of the Sky Path for breathtaking canyon views before descending to the Nho Que River for a boat ride. After lunch in Meo Vac, Mau Due, or Lung Ho Village, continue through quiet mountain roads towards Du Gia. Arrive in Du Gia Village and stay overnight in a local homestay surrounded by rice fields, experiencing the warm hospitality of your hosts.
On the final day, enjoy breakfast at the homestay before relaxing at Du Gia Waterfall, where you can swim or unwind in nature.
