Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho

Get picked up from central Ho Chi Minh City between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM and travel to the Mekong Delta.

Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, famous for its unique blend of Vietnamese, Asian, and European architecture.

Continue to My Tho Pier and cruise along the Tien River, passing Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, and Phoenix Islands. See local floating fish farms and enjoy views of Rach Mieu Bridge.

Arrive at Thoi Son Island and walk through peaceful village paths and tropical fruit gardens. Visit a honey farm and enjoy honey tea with lemon.

Taste seasonal fruits while listening to traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music. Then, take a traditional sampan boat through narrow coconut-lined canals.

Visit a local coconut sweets workshop to learn how this Mekong speciality is made.

Enjoy a Vietnamese set-menu lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, relax or take part in optional countryside activities such as cycling.

At around 2:30 PM, return to My Tho and travel by bus to Can Tho. Check in at your hotel in the city centre.

Guests choosing the 3-star hotel option will enjoy dinner on a cruise along the Can Tho River. After dinner, enjoy free time to explore Can Tho at night.

Day 2: Cai Rang Floating Market – My Khanh Village – Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, depart at around 7:30 AM for Ninh Kieu Wharf.

Board a boat and cruise to the famous Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the largest floating markets in the Mekong Delta. See local traders selling fruits, vegetables, and regional products directly from their boats.

Continue to a traditional rice noodle workshop and learn how local hu tieu noodles are made.

Visit My Khanh Tourist Village, where you can explore tropical fruit gardens, flower gardens, and a traditional Southern Vietnamese house over 100 years old.

Next, visit Truc Lam Phuong Nam Zen Monastery and admire its peaceful atmosphere and architecture inspired by Vietnam’s Ly and Tran dynasties.

Enjoy lunch at My Khanh Tourist Village before visiting the famous Can Tho Purple House photo spot. Entrance to the Purple House is optional and paid on-site.

In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Arrive at approximately 5:30 PM, with drop-off near Ben Thanh Market or Pham Ngu Lao Street.
