Welcome to a slower, softer side of Istanbul — one that begins not with rush, but with breath.
I’m Aysu — a certified yoga instructor, a passionate home cook, and someone who believes that mornings are sacred. I’d love to welcome you into my home for a morning of gentle movement, deep breaths, and a nourishing Turkish breakfast.
We’ll begin the day with an easygoing yoga session in my cosy living room. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or your hundredth, I’ll guide you through a flow that helps awaken your body and calm your mind. Think of it less as a workout, and more as a little gift to yourself.
After yoga, we’ll gather around the table for a homemade, healthy Turkish breakfast. Expect olives, fresh herbs, cheeses, eggs, and a few recipes passed down from the women in my family. I’ll do the cooking — unless you feel like chopping herbs with me while we chat like old friends.
This isn’t a class. It’s a conversation — with food, movement, and stories. When you leave, I hope you feel lighter, happier, and maybe a little more connected to this city and its people.
Come as a guest. Leave as a friend.
