Maison Roger-Constant Lemaire specialises in producing rare and unique champagnes without malolactic fermentation, without filtration, and without the use of fining. This family hallmark enables the production of champagnes that are exceptionally fresh on the palate, characterised by authenticity and minerality.
Furthermore, the ageing potential of the champagne is significantly enhanced, with some of these champagnes becoming “vins de garde,” meaning they can be kept for several years. High Environmental Value (HEV) classification since 2018. For five generations, our family has been carrying on the expertise of our ancestors in the Vallée de la Marne. Our terroir is located in the very heart of the Champagne region, exclusively on the south bank, in a clay-limestone soil that stretches from Hautvillers Premier Cru to Cumières and as far as Villers-sous-Châtillon.
