Know before you book
- Children 5 and younger are not allowed.
- You must be at least 4 feet and 9 inches (145 cm) tall to participate on your own. Children shorter 4 feet and 9 inches must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- You must weigh between 40 and 275 pounds (27–125 kg).
- If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
- Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
- This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, who is required to participate. One adult can assist up to two children.
