As you walk through the park, you’ll also pass by the majestic Nandaimon Gate, the grand entrance to Todaiji Temple. Next, visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine, one of Nara’s most sacred and beautiful sites. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous for its 3,000 stone lanterns that line the pathways leading to the shrine. These lanterns, which are lit during special festivals, create a magical and serene atmosphere, especially in the early morning light. The tour concludes at Kintetsu Nara Station around 12 PM.
