Begin with an introduction to the winery’s history and the characteristics of wine production in Hokkaido. Then, be escorted inside the winery’s factory area—an area usually closed to general visitors—where you can observe the winemaking facilities and processes up close.

After the tour, relax and enjoy a seasonal tasting of up to four carefully selected wines. The lineup typically includes Kita Wine Pinot Noir; however, the exact selection and number of wines may vary depending on the season and stock availability.
