What you can expect

  • Don't let a long-haul flight steal your precious travel time. Step off the plane and into a hidden wellness sanctuary in the heart of Hong Kong. Designed specifically for international travellers, this curated 75-minute private experience blends deep physical recovery with rich local heritage.

Your rejuvenation journey is meticulously crafted into three sensory stages:

    • 20-Min Eastern Meridian Acupressure Workshop: Using locally grown Hong Kong White Jade Orchid essential oil—a soothing, sweet scent native to the city— you'll learn self-massage specific pressure points known in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to reset the body clock, relieve flight tension, and dramatically improve sleep quality.

    • 40-Min Himalayan Sound Bath: Lie back and let the powerful, grounding vibrations of authentic Tibetan singing bowls wash over you. The therapeutic frequencies instantly calm an overstimulated nervous system, melting away stress and resetting your mind from jet lag.

    • 10-Min Traditional Tea & Grounding: Conclude your ritual by sipping premium Xiao Qing Gan (Tangerine Pu’er) tea, a favourite among Hong Kong locals. Learn the fascinating history behind this unique tea while a final mindfulness practice grounds your energy.

Leave the studio feeling fully aligned, deeply rested, and ready to experience the very best of Hong Kong with vibrant energy.
