What you can expect

The guided tour itself lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. Please allow around 5 hours in total for the entire experience, including the cable car rides and free time.

Ticket Redemption & Tour Meeting Procedure:
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please follow the schedule below on the day of your visit:

11:00 AM | Ticket Exchange: Please arrive at the Tung Chung Cable Car Station and proceed directly to Ticket Counter 14 or 15 to redeem your digital voucher for physical tickets.

Priority Boarding: Once you have your tickets, our staff will assist you with Express/Priority Boarding to bypass the standard lines. The scenic cable car journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

12:00 PM | Guided Tour Departs: The guided tour will officially begin at 12:00 PM.

Tour Meeting Point: Please gather at the Information Centre, which is located after you exit the cable car station at the top (Ngong Ping).

Please ensure you arrive at the counters by 11:00 AM to allow enough time for ticketing and the cable car ride before the tour begins. A reminder about your ticketing time and arrangements will be sent via WhatsApp or email the day before your tour. For any inquiries on the day of departure, feel free to reach out to us anytime via WhatsApp.

Please be advised that the Ngong Ping 360 cable car will be closed for scheduled maintenance during the following periods:

June 2 – 21, 2026

During these dates, this regular guided tour will be temporarily suspended.
