What you can expect

The guided tour itself lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. Please allow at least 5 hours in total for the entire experience, including the cable car rides and free time.

Ticket Redemption & Tour Meeting Procedure:
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please follow the schedule below on the day of your visit:

11:00 AM | Ticket Exchange: Please arrive at the Tung Chung Cable Car Station and proceed directly to Ticket Counter 14 or 15 to redeem your digital voucher for physical tickets.

Priority Boarding: Once you have your tickets, our staff will assist you with Express/Priority Boarding to bypass the standard lines. The scenic cable car journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

12:00 PM | Guided Tour Departs: The guided tour will officially begin at 12:00 PM.

Tour Meeting Point: Please gather at the Information Centre, which is located after you exit the cable car station at the top (Ngong Ping).

Please ensure you arrive at the counters by 11:00 AM to allow enough time for ticketing and the cable car ride before the tour begins. A reminder about your ticketing time and arrangements will be sent via WhatsApp or email the day before your tour. Important Notice: Cable Car Scheduled Maintenance

Please note that the Ngong Ping 360 cable car will be temporarily closed for maintenance from September 8th to 18th, 2026.
