As you race off into the wilds in a caravan of quad bike buggies, the natural beauty of the Dominican Republic will take centre stage. Few adventures are more exhilarating, especially after a rain as the mud will be flying. The horseback ride will also be immensely fulfilling but the mood will be more relaxed and the setting more peaceful.
