  • Guests must be 21+ with valid photo ID to consume alcohol
  • For safety reasons, guests who are pregnant, frail, or have back problems are not permitted to participate

  • Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time

What you can expect

Step aboard our 40-foot catamaran, Imiloa, and cruise the turquoise waters off Kauai in search of humpback whales during the winter season. Observe these magnificent ocean giants from the water and, when available, listen to their underwater songs using an onboard hydrophone.

Keep your camera ready for memorable moments, as whales may display a range of natural behaviours such as breaching, tail-slapping, and spouting.

Throughout the journey, your US Coast Guard–licensed captain shares insights into humpback whale biology and behaviour. Light snacks, soft drinks, beer, wine and cocktails are served onboard for a relaxed and comfortable whale-watching experience.
