Step aboard and fly with Australia's oldest and most experienced ballooning company. Admire spectacular views of the Hunter Valley's vineyards from the air as you get the best possible vantage point to see the picturesque landscape.
Get an opportunity to help inflate of the balloon, if you like, and then take off at dawn to spend an hour floating in the breeze. As you drift over the beautiful wine-making regions of Rothbury, Lovedale, Pokolbin, or Broke, admire the idyllic scenery from a totally different perspective.
After your landing, you can help to deflate the balloon, and then head to the famous Peterson House winery and restaurant for a delicious champagne breakfast.
