This full-day Cairo trip from Hurghada by flight is designed for travellers who want to experience Egypt’s capital in one day while avoiding the long road journey by bus. The tour includes domestic flights between Hurghada and Cairo, hotel transfers, guided sightseeing, and lunch.
Your day starts early in the morning with pickup from your hotel in Hurghada and transfer to Hurghada Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Flight times may vary depending on airline schedules and availability. After arriving in Cairo, you will meet your local tour guide. The guide language will be based on the language option selected at the time of booking.
Begin your visit at the Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Great Sphinx. Your guide will explain the history of the site in a clear and easy-to-follow way, with time for photos and questions.
Entry to the Giza Plateau is included. Entry inside one of the pyramids is not included as standard and is available as an optional extra for an additional fee, depending on availability and the guest’s preference.
After the pyramids, continue to your museum visit. Depending on the option selected at booking and availability on the day, you may visit either the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square or the Grand Egyptian Museum. At the end of the sightseeing programme, you will be transferred back to Cairo Airport for your return domestic flight to Hurghada. Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
