Arrival and welcome — You take a seat at the table with a sea view. Start with fresh bread, homemade aioli, and Spanish olives.

The main course — Mixed meat and seafood paella, prepared according to tradition, or a vegetarian version on request. The signature dish of Spanish cuisine, served at the table.

Drinks — Accompany your dinner with a carafe of water or sangria, white or red, included in the menu.

The sweet finale — Finish with a coffee or a shot of local liqueur, the Ibizan way to round off a dinner.

Mediterranean and Italian cuisine with a special focus on rice dishes and local specialities, fresh ingredients and attentive service. The menu is customisable: the vegetarian option is available on request, and please advise of any allergies or special dietary needs when booking.
