Overview

You will learn how to prepare an excellent artisanal ice cream that you can replicate at home. We are the only ice cream shop in southern Italy where you can prepare artisanal cones on the spot… a few simple ingredients to make artisanal wafers that look like real biscuits.
During the course we will be surrounded by splendid 60s music.

Activity itinerary

In the vintage laboratory of Coneria you will learn to make excellent artisanal ice creams and cones, in a wonderful 60s atmosphere. In the shop everything reminds you of the magical period of the "Dolce Vita": music, furniture, clothing and many other things. It will be like taking a dive into the past learning to prepare real Italian ice cream, as it was once made. At the end of the laboratory it will be wonderful to be able to taste everything you have produced!
