After pickup in San Sebastian, we will drive into the Basque Countryside, surrounded by beautiful ever-green mountains, to visit an Idiazabal Designation of Origin Cheese Farm and learn about the elaboration process of our most beloved cheese: the Idiazabal Cheese. You will get to learn the secrets behind the techniques of cheese-making directly from the shepherd and later enjoy a tasting of some of the products of the farm in a very intimate and familiar setting.

After the Idiazabal cheese farm visit, we will head to one of the more than 30 Basque Cider Houses spread throughout Astigarraga and Hernani (without a doubt the two towns with the greatest cider tradition in the entire Basque Country) to enjoy a typical cider house lunch.
