Enter the picturesque Firostefani village, perched on the caldera cliffs. Wander through charming alleys, admire whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches, and bougainvilleas, and grab a delicious organic ice cream on the go.

Discover the architectural marvel of the Blue Dome of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church, the most photographed spot on the island. Capture stunning photos with the church and the caldera in the background.

As noon approaches, relax at a local favourite spot where you’ll sample organic seasonal tapas and enjoy a freshly brewed local beer made using volcanic stones and Aegean ingredients. Admire the views over the active volcano and say “Yamas!”
