Step by step, you will begin with traditional Ligurian focaccia. You will knead the dough, learn the secrets of proper proofing, and create the characteristic dimples before watching it emerge from the oven golden, fragrant, and irresistible.
Next, you will prepare authentic Pesto al Mortaio using a traditional marble mortar and pestle, discovering how the aromas and flavours develop through this centuries-old technique.
Afterwards, you will make fresh handmade pasta from scratch, learning simple and authentic techniques that you can easily recreate at home. The class can also be tailored to your interests, skill level, or special occasion, creating a truly personalised experience.
Patti conducts the class in Italian, English, and German, ensuring that guests from around the world feel comfortable and fully involved throughout the experience.
