It all starts here, within the walls of our olive oil mill. You will discover how, with care and dedication, the small Taggiasca olives are transformed into our precious extra virgin olive oil.
After visiting the oil mill, we will begin by selecting the ingredients and preparing the pesto in a mortar, guided by Claretta.
We will then move to our agritourism facility for the more convivial part of the experience. These won't be just simple tastings, but a true guided tasting experience: we will teach you to recognise the aromas, the notes of pine nut and artichoke, and the sweetness of authentic local extra virgin olive oil.
• We’ll start with a tasting of bruschetta topped with vegetable spreads from our pantry and pickled Taggiasca olives.
• We will serve you traditional trofie pasta with fresh pesto.
• To end on a sweet note, dessert and coffee.
• Water (excluding wine and other drinks)
Upon request, you can accompany the experience with one of the best wines from our region, to enhance the delicacy of the oil and the freshness of the vegetables.
