What you can expect

  • This 2-day experience is perfect for those who want to visit Machu Picchu without having many days available. On the first day, you'll combine the Vistadome train ride with a hike along the final stretch of the Inca Trail, passing through archaeological sites such as Chachabamba and Wiñay Wayna until you reach the Inti Punku (Sun Gate), from where you'll have the first panoramic view of Machu Picchu. You will spend the night in Aguas Calientes and, the next day, enjoy a guided visit of the citadel before returning to Cusco by train.
