Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Salento with a tasting of the region's most representative wines: Sussumaniello, Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Malvasia Nera. The activity takes place at Masseria Vico, an organic farm that's been active for over 30 years in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil, fruit, vegetables, eggs, grapes, and in the processing of its own wheat for bread and flour in the old farmhouse oven.

During the visit, you can choose two glasses from six selected wines, accompanied by local cheeses, olives, taralli and friselline with tomato, all zero-kilometer products. The tasting takes place in an authentic rural setting, where you can discover the genuine flavours of the area and learn about the agricultural traditions of Salento.
