There is a special way to experience Ischia: to see it from the sea. On this boat ride around the island, you'll discover its most authentic side, made up of rugged coastlines, secret bays, sea caves, natural pools of thermal water that touch the sea, and views that can't be seen from land.

The excursion departs from the Riva Destra of Ischia Porto, in the heart of the marina. Once on board the comfortable boat, with its meticulous attention to detail, the captain will explain the route and the safety rules to you, and then begin sailing along the coast. During the cruise, you will also be served a welcome aperitif.

From the very first minutes, you will be able to admire the contrast between the green of the island, the volcanic rock, and the intense blue of the Gulf of Naples.

Sailing around Ischia, you will pass by inlets, headlands, and small bays where time seems to have stood still. There will be several stops along the way for swimming and snorkelling (we will provide you with a mask): you can dive where the sea is clearest, swim in calm waters and observe the seabed up close, or simply stay on board to sunbathe and enjoy the scenery.

During the cruise, a multilingual guide will share stories and interesting facts about the island: from its volcanic origins to the thermal springs, from the traditions of the fishermen to the unique features of the different sides of the coast. With no rush, a slow pace and a casual atmosphere, you'll have plenty of time to take photos, relax on the deck and be cuddled by the waves.

Depending on the sea conditions and the duration of the outing, the tour may include stretches of coastline with sea caves, small natural thermal pools that flow into the sea, and sheltered coves ideal for a longer stop. The goal is not just to “circumnavigate the island,” but to experience a real day at sea, alternating sailing, swimming, and moments of total relaxation.

Whether you're looking for a boat trip with friends, a romantic experience, a gift idea, or just a few hours to get away from it all, the island tour is designed to let you experience Ischia from its best vantage point: the sea. Once you return to the Riva Destra, you will take with you the memory of the wind on your face, the crystal-clear water, and an island that shows its most fascinating profile from the sea.
