Step into a different rhythm of life on the quieter side of Hvar. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the scent of the sea, this slow food experience invites you to reconnect—with nature, with flavour, and with what matters.
We’re Jelena and Zoran, locals who live and grow on this land. Our small farm, tucked into the peaceful Tvrdni Dolac Bay near Gdinj, is where we grow our food, raise our herbs, press our oil, and welcome guests who want more than just a meal.
This is not a restaurant. It’s not a show. It’s a meal shared among olive trees, made from what’s in season and grown just steps away. We’ll greet you with a homemade herbal aperitif and take a short walk through our organic garden and olive grove, where you’ll learn how we grow without chemicals, and why it matters.
Then, we sit.
You’ll taste:
Our handmade sourdough bread
Wild, raw vinegar made with foraged herbs
Seasonal dishes from the grill or peka, slow-cooked under the iron bell, highlight of our feast
Fresh herbs, olive oil, and ingredients grown with care
Local wines and refreshing drinks with wild plants
The pace is slow, the setting peaceful, the sea just a few steps away.
This is regenerative tourism—a way of sharing life, land, and table. Whether you come for the food, the silence, or the sunset, we hope you leave feeling more grounded, more nourished, and a little more connected to the island’s true rhythm.
