Much more than a blind dinner: a journey into perception. Ispiria is not the classic dinner in the dark nor a simple gastronomic entertainment. It is a sensory, emotional, and convivial experience designed to break visual habits and guide you towards a deeper listening. It's not just about guessing what's on the plate, but about experiencing a ritual of disconnection from the external chaos: sight dissolves to give way to intuition, olfactory memory, material consistencies, and the value of presence. The gourmet menu plays on contrasts of temperatures, botanical aromatic notes, and textures designed to stimulate the palate without the aid of the eyes. An environment, inside a 14th-century historic building, that benefits from the energy of a sacred place, limited to a maximum of 8-10 guests to ensure the care of every single detail and a real feeling of welcome. We are waiting for you to give you an extraordinary Boutique Dinner Experience.
