  • Height Restriction: Minimum height requirement is 140 centimetres (4.6 feet) to participate in all attractions.
  • Weight Restriction: Maximum weight limit for the Zipline circuit is 136 kg (300 lbs).
  • Mandatory Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strictly mandatory for all adventure activities. Sandals or flip-flops are not allowed.
  • Safety & Health: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back, neck, heart, or vertigo issues.
  • Camera Policy: For safety reasons, the use of cameras, action cameras, and cell phones is not permitted during the adventure circuits.
  • Minor Policy: All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Dress Code: Caps and hats are not allowed during the tour. Comfortable clothing and a raincoat are recommended.
