What you can expect

Learn to play the Japanese Shamisen, a traditional Japanese instrument, with a professional instructor. Enjoy a private lesson and learn to play a traditional Japanese song.

Wear a traditional Japanese outfit (kimono, haori, or hakama) for your performance. Enjoy listening to your instructor's shamisen playing, and matcha and a small Japanese sweets.

Learn to play the shamisen with simple scales. Play “Sakura Sakura,” a Japanese traditional song. If you want to play other songs, that's ok. Record your playing and receive it later.

Take a group photo, ask final questions, and say goodbye.
