What you can expect

    • Join this popular tour and travel to Jericho, the oldest city in the world. We'll visit an archaeological site where 25 ancient settlements were uncovered and see the broken Canaanite wall, recalling Joshua's biblical conquest of Jericho. We'll also visit the sycamore tree that Zachaeus climbed to see Jesus and enjoy views of Mt. Temptation.

    • On the western face of the mountain, we'll see a Greek Orthodoxmonastery dramatically clinging to the cliffs, where Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights and where Satan tried to tempt him. We'll ascend the mountain by cable car to witness the breathtaking view.

    • One of the most emotional stops on this tour is at Qaser el Yahud, believed to bethe authentic site where John baptized Jesusin the Jordan River, and where the Israelites crossed over into the Promised Land after the exodus. You may also choose to get baptized here.

    • This tour will end with downtime on the shore of the Dead Sea at lovely Kayla Beach: you can swim and float in the salty waters and enjoy a rejuvenating mineral mud bath.
