Our host enjoys hosting guests and introducing people from all over the world to authentic home-style cooking.After a welcome and introductions you will enjoy a simple everyday vegetarian Rajasthani meal prepared by the host.The meal will include authentic dishes that a typical local family might enjoy on a daily basis.Your home-style meal will be served on a stainless steel Thali and includes dishes such as Gatta ki sabji ( a typical Rajasthani dish of grain dumplings in sauce), Rajasthani Biryani,stir-fried and spiced vegetables like carrots,peas and leafy greens,all served with roti and puri (Indian breads). Lastly relish a simple dessert,a subtly sweet cashew nut halwa. After your meal our host will share stories of the old city known for its pastel blue facades. Leave with a happy stomach,new friends and lifelong memories.
