What you can expect

Begin your day with a guided tour of Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park, home to the endangered red colobus monkeys found only in Zanzibar. Learn about the island’s unique ecosystem as you stroll along wooden boardwalks and shaded forest paths.

Next, head to the mangrove forests, where you’ll board a kayak for a peaceful paddle through winding waterways teeming with birdlife. Your guide will share insights on the importance of mangroves to Zanzibar’s coastal protection and marine life.

Continue to Uzi Island, one of Zanzibar’s least-visited and most authentic communities, reachable only during low tide. Enjoy a walk through the village, interact with locals, and discover daily island life.

Conclude your adventure at the Sea Turtle Sanctuary. Swim in the crystal-clear waters of Salaam Cave and interact with friendly sea turtles in their natural habitat on this unique Zanzibar adventure.

After the tour, be dropped off at your hotel with memories of Zanzibar’s diverse landscapes and wildlife.
