  • Tables may be shared with other guests. If travelling with friends booked under a different reference please notify our team at reservations@goldentours.com.
  • We are unable to offer vegan or gluten-free options for bookings made within 24 hours of departure.
  • For any other special meal requests please email reservations@goldentours.com at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. All special requests are subject to availability.
  • We cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nuts. Some of the dishes on the menus may be subject to change.
  • Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over - a valid ID will be required.
  • Extra glasses of prosecco cannot be purchased on the bus. There are no toilets on-board.
  • Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 5 are not allowed on this tour.
  • Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck, but will need to occupy one of the fixed position seats.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

Our menu features a selection of standard (non-vegetarian), vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free options. If no special dietary requests are received, you will be served the standard meal on the day of travel. Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements on the day of your visit.
