    Kids will have opportunities to:

Activity itinerary

Welcome & Warm-Up Children begin with a playful welcome and gentle movement to get comfortable and ready for class. Yoga & Movement Kids explore age-appropriate yoga poses and movement through a fun, engaging and imagine-filled format designed to encourage body awareness and coordination. Mindfulness & Breathing Children are introduced to simple breathing and mindfulness activities that encourage calm, focus, and awareness. Playful Activity Movement, imagination, and play are incorporated throughout the class to keep children engaged and make yoga enjoyable. Cool Down Class ends with gentle stretching, relaxation, and a calming transition out of the activity.
