You must be certified, follow your guide’s plan (depth/time/route), and bring your own or use rental gear. If you haven’t dived recently (6+ months), we recommend a refresher/scuba review first for comfort and safety.

For certified divers who haven’t been diving recently (6+ months) or feel rusty. You’ll start with a quick theory recap and a skills review in shallow water (e.g., mask/regulator clearing, buoyancy, safe ascents).
