We will make one of Korea's most popular picnic foods, kimbap! In this class, you'll learn how to make two authentic styles of kimbap: Bulgogi Kimbap and Tuna Kimbap. (If you have any dietary restrictions, alternative ingredients are available. Please let me know in advance.) The chef will demonstrate how to make Dakgangjeong (Korean sweet and crispy boneless fried chicken), a perfect pairing with kimbap for a picnic or special gathering. Each participant will prepare their dishes from scratch while following the chef's step-by-step guidance. Our cosy traditional hanok is also a perfect place to take photos during and after the class. You can enjoy your meal in the studio or have it packed to go. (Since the studio is located near Gyeongbokgung Palace, you can ask the chef to pack your food in a picnic box to enjoy at the palace.)
