We will visit spots related to various people in the long history of Mount Koya, such as the Nyonin-do Hall, Tokugawa Mausoleum, Nan-in Hall, Kongo Sammai-in Temple, and Karikayado Hall.

Koyacho Town Walking Tour

Nyonin-michi Road Walking Tour (spring-autumn)
Women were previously prohibited from entering the mountain from the seven pilgrimage routes to Mount Koya, and at each entrance, a women's hall was built as a seclusion hall for women. The 11km road connecting these routes is called the “Nyonin-michi.”
