This session is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Breakfast & Refreshments (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM): Fuel your body with a healthy breakfast Naam - Hydrotherapy (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Discover the art of hydrotherapy, which combines relaxation techniques with gentle movements in the water. Experience 10 immersive stations and melt away tension. Lunch (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Enjoy a leisurely and wholesome lunch break. Sound Healing (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Conclude your wellness journey with a deeply restorative sound healing session. Our certified sound healing practitioner will guide you through a meditative experience. Departure (3:30 PM): At the end of your day, we will transport you back to your hotel, leaving you feeling refreshed & rejuvenated
