  • Entry to churches during masses and special events is restricted.
  • Due to the church rules, the guide will not enter St Mary’s Basilica with guests. The basilica has limited opening hours. The Veit Stoss altarpiece can be viewed between 11:50AM - 6:00PM
  • You have to climb 144 stairs to reach the top of the Sigismund Tower of Wawel Cathedral. The staircase is narrow and has a low ceiling, so it is not easily accessible.
  • The Tempel Synagogue is closed on Saturdays, Jewish holidays and during the prayer time.
  • Pickup service is available only in the area of Krakow Old Town, within 1,5 km from the designated meeting point. If your accommodation does not meet these criteria or you don’t provide your address when booking, the guide will meet you at the designated meeting point.
