What you can expect

  • Discover the UNESCO-listed Bochnia Salt Mine, the oldest in Poland and even older than Wieliczka. Dating back to the 13th century, this hidden gem offers a unique and less crowded experience just outside Krakow.

Your journey begins with hotel pickup in Kraków and a comfortable drive to Bochnia. Upon arrival, descend deep below the surface to explore winding corridors, vast chambers, and stunning chapels carved entirely out of salt. Modern multimedia projections and interactive displays bring the mine’s history and legends to life, making the visit both educational and engaging.

One of the highlights is a rare underground boat ride across brine-filled tunnels, offering a magical and atmospheric perspective of the mine. You’ll also experience a short train journey, once used by miners, adding an authentic touch to your adventure.

The mine’s unique microclimate is known for its health benefits, particularly for the respiratory system, making your time underground not only fascinating but also refreshing.

At the end of your underground adventure, your driver will be ready to take you back comfortably to your hotel in Kraków.

Join us and discover the magic of the Bochnia Salt Mine in a way that will stay with you for a long time!
