    During this 90-minute experience, you’ll learn the basics of sake in a relaxed setting through guided tastings guided by a local sake expert. You’ll taste and compare different sake styles—from dry and crisp to sweet and fruity—while learning how to recognise key flavour differences.

    You’ll also enjoy sake paired with Japanese otsumami and see how food can change the way sake tastes. Along the way, your guide will share simple, practical tips to help you choose and enjoy sake in Japan, including when to drink sake hot or cold and which types of sake pair well with sushi.

    This experience is ideal for beginners and a great introduction to sake, helping you enjoy Japanese food and sake with more confidence during your trip.
