What You’ll Experience:

Discover the Secret of Flavour: Learn about Dashi (Japanese soup stock), the essential foundation found in almost all traditional Japanese cuisine.

Hands-On Cooking: Prepare around 5 delicious dishes by yourself or with your partner. Our friendly instructors will provide step-by-step demonstrations before you start.

Garden-View Dining: Gather with fellow participants in a traditional tatami room to enjoy your handmade meal overlooking a fantastic Japanese garden.

Local Supermarket Tour: After lunch, we’ll explore a local supermarket together to find the exact ingredients used in class. You can purchase them to recreate these dishes for family and friends back home!

Our classes are conducted entirely in English by licensed guide-interpreters. We welcome both native and non-native English speakers and ensure everyone can follow along easily.
