What you can expect

  • Explore Kyoto comfortably with your own private guide and vehicle. Skip crowded buses and confusing train routes while discovering the city's most iconic landmarks at your own pace.

Begin your tour with hotel pickup, followed by a guided visit to Fushimi Inari Taisha (approximately 75 minutes), where your guide will explain the history and cultural significance of the famous red torii gates. Continue to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and the historic Higashiyama district (approximately 60 minutes), then enjoy a lunch break (approximately 60 minutes).

Next, visit Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and its surrounding area (approximately 75 minutes) before continuing to Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) (approximately 60 minutes). Finish your experience with a comfortable drive back to your hotel or another location in Kyoto.

Travel between destinations in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle while your guide shares fascinating stories about Kyoto's history, architecture, and culture. The itinerary is fully customisable, allowing you to adjust the order of destinations, spend more time at your favourite locations, or visit alternative attractions within the tour duration.

Private transport, hotel pickup and drop-off, your English-speaking guide, and all vehicle-related costs, including fuel, parking, and tolls, are included in the tour price. By the end of the day, you won't just see Kyoto—you'll truly experience and understand its culture and history.
