Paz Medicinal Garden is a living library of tropical herbs, healing plants, roots, and seasonal crops. Each leaf, stem and flower is part of a deeper conversation between land, lineage, and healing tradition.
As you walk, learn how local and indigenous communities have long worked with these plants to support the body, mind, and spirit. Move intuitively, allowing space to touch, smell, and harvest with your hands. Depending on the season, gather cacao, loofah, turmeric, or sacred leaves used in traditional remedies and ceremonies.
Pause along the way to enjoy fresh herbal tea made from the garden, a cup full of flavour, warmth, and plant magic. Alongside it, taste seasonal tropical fruits, savouring the richness of Costa Rica’s land and abundance.
