The meeting point for the activity varies depending on the weather conditions at each location:
a) “Llano del Jable Astronomical Viewpoint” (1,341 m.a.s.l.)
b) “Llano de Las Ventas Astronomical Viewpoint” (1,320 m.a.s.l.)
Both 39 minutes from Santa Cruz, Cancajos, Los Llanos.
c) “San Antonio Volcano”, Fuencaliente (Private location) (633 m.a.s.l.) 40 minutes from Santa Cruz, Cancajos, Los Llanos. 15 minutes from the “Princess Hotel”

We will confirm the exact location and time on the day of the activity, depending on weather and sky conditions (wind, humidity, clouds, haze, government alerts and pre-alerts, site occupancy, and position of objects).

Because this is an outdoor activity entirely dependant on the weather and the night sky, the location, starting time, and even the observing setup may change slightly to ensure the best experience for you. Every day we check the weather radar and the celestial objects that will be visible, so the start time is approximate — it adjusts with the sunset and the visibility of the night sky, which change daily.

If the weather at the usual locations is not suitable (due to clouds, wind, or official alerts), and always prioritising your safety, comfort, and enjoyment, we may move the activity to a private indoor or sheltered location, when available, to ensure a quality experience under the stars.

That’s why it is very important that on the day of the activity you stay attentive to your mobile phone (WhatsApp, if you don't use it, let us know earlier) or email, as we will send you all the details about the exact meeting point and time as soon as we have confirmed the conditions.
