Our adventure together begins at the historic Karlsplatz. Nestled in the historic old town, it not only offers us one of the most spectacular and romantic views up to the world-famous Heidelberg Castle, but is also the perfect place to immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of this city. Here, you will immediately feel the magic that makes Heidelberg so unique.
From there, we will take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque, cobblestone streets directly to the lively centre of the Old Town: the imposing Church of the Holy Spirit. This architectural masterpiece rises majestically above the rooftops and whispers stories from centuries past to us. We will pause for a moment to let the impressive energy and historical depth of this place wash over you.
The absolute finale and emotional highlight of our walking tour awaits you at the Old Bridge. As we stroll across the historic sandstone structure, the Neckar flowing gently beneath us and the silhouette of the city reflected in the water, goosebumps are guaranteed. It is the world-famous postcard view that is guaranteed to make your heart beat faster. Here, we'll take the time to capture the perfect souvenir photo and the moment when you finally fall in love with Heidelberg.
