Morning snorkel tours include: Fresh fruit, assorted pastries, spam musubi, tofu musubi, garden salad, tofu salad, jasmine rice, teriyaki chicken, assorted cookies, water, and soft drinks. Beer, wine, and Mai Tais served after water activities.

Sunset tours include: a late lunch and open bar (beer, wine, Mai Tais, water, assorted soft drinks, and Hawaiian-style juices). Menu options include: steamed edamame, freshly baked bread, vegetable crudité, steamed white rice, kimchee mashed potatoes, mixed green salad, teriyaki chicken skewers, vegetable tofu stir fry, fresh catch of the day.
